"Why can't you just tell me where we're going?" Tessa called out to her husband, turning around in the mirror that was attached to the back of their bedroom door. This was the third dress she had tried on tonight in attempts to look halfway decent for their date. They'd been planning it for awhile, finally landing on a day that fit for both them and Zander and Brady. A date night wouldn't work without baby sitters!
Glancing at Sam who was lying on the bed she made a face, "Think Daddy will like this dress?" It was a cobalt blue dress that hugged her curves just right, stopping at her knees. It also happened to show off her shoulders, one of her favorite attributes. Figuring it couldn't get any better she slipped on the high heels that matched then scooped her son up from the bed, walking out of the bedroom towards the living room where Jack was waiting with their friends.
"Alright guys, he's been fed so he shouldn't need that for at least an hour, you've been over enough to know the drill." Noticing that Jack wasn't in the room, figuring he was in their kitchen fiddling around with something.
"Damn, Tess! You look hot!" Zander took Sam without even a second thought, more than use to baby sitting what with the twins. One baby was going to be a breeze! "Jack, How the Hell did you luck out?"
Tessa couldn't help but blush at his compliment but she still reached out to give his shoulder a smack, "Would you stop! You are here to watch my son not me." There was a brief pause, "But thank you." She wrinkled her nose up with a smile. |

| [ | Feel Me |
| | pensive | ] | Does anyone know how to stop a father from coming and visiting? Because I really don't think him staying at my place right now would be a very good idea. Especially since he doesn't know I'm married to Jack. Too bad they don't have a father repellent, it would come in mighty handy right now.
...Anyone know how to bake a ham? |

Not all kids that are adopted have a terrible life like I did right? They're mothers don't always turn into bitter women who hate their daughters simply because they hate their husband right? They can have good, healthy lives with parents that love them? Nevermind. I can't ask that.
Never leave cleaning supplies around me if you don't want the place clean. Seriously. I'm sorry Carter, but mine apartment was already so clean the dogs are floating instead of walking because they're scared of getting anything dirty. And I was doing so well with my OCD! I was only cleaning things once a day, now I can't stop. |

I was just attacked by dogs. Two very furry mutts who deemed me their target for wrestling today. There I was, sitting on the couch, editing my paper when Boomer comes up and lays right in my lap, essay lost beneath him. That got Buttercup jealous since I'm hers so she jumped on the couch and tried to push Boomerbaby away. I just shoved them both off mylap -- They thought I turned it into a game and both pounced on me AT THE SAME TIME!
So yes, I did just spend my morning wrestling with the dogs in the living room while watching Jackass 2.
Which is hilarious. |
